Investment Objective

Mainly invests in Japanese real estate properties and related assets, including investing in undervalued properties to renovate, and purchasing the land to develop new properties; the main purpose is to convert the above-mentioned properties into B&Bs, obtain licenses, and rent them out through platforms such as airbnb/booking. While receiving stable rental returns,  can also obtain property appreciation income.

 

Investment Strategy:

The project investment manager will look for some lands/old properties with low price and good location, develop and construct / renovate them into Japanese-style houses; operate a B&B with a license and receive rental income; sell the property when the property is profitable, and obtain development profit or profit from the increase in value of the property after renovation.

  • Limited partnership, equity structure (more than 2 LPs can establish a company)
  • Direct purchase the properties (independent individual / single shareholder company holds 100% ownership)

 

Investment Styles

  • Style A: By purchasing land or old properties, build or renovate, obtain a B&B license, hold it for a long time, and we will operate and rent it out; investors can enjoy the potential for house price appreciation brought by tourism and economic growth.

 

  • Style B: By purchasing the land for development, it is planned to build 20-30 houses; at the first step to cut the land into independent plots; then build 2-3 sets of sample houses with different styles at the same time; after dividing the land property rights, through a real estate agency, sale or transfer to clients.
